Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Unit 6, 530 Oxford St.

West London, ON N6H 1T6, Ontario Wage:$42.00-46.00/hour; weekly 30 hours; Permanent and full-time CCYC Inc.

is Canada’s largest chess school, currently hosting 100 classes with 1000 students.

We’re dedicated to teaching chess to children.

Our team of teachers, organizers and coordinators work all year long to inspire children in the chess world and introduce them to the possibilities that the world of chess brings.

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join us ( Qualifications and requirements: Minimum college diploma is required Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing at managerial level; Experience of using marketing platforms or systems; Budget and financial management skills is a plus; Strong communication skills; Practical problem-solving ability; Light travel is required; Responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans and strategies, and make schedule plans for marketing activities and promotion events; Manage marketing communications and brand awareness through various platforms and channels, including website, advertising and WeChat; Lead sales and marketing team to collect and research information and trends, understand and analyze data and result to promote chess class and drive new adjustment; Manage sales performance on monthly basis, and prepare sales report Collect, analyze and consolidate marketing trend and sales data, and adjust sales and marketing strategy Initiates and develop action plans to explore new market and evaluate the result Establish internal system to manage customers and resources; and guide team to maintain and develop customer relationship; Manage and evaluate the performance of team.
