This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Ottawa, Ontario area.

You could manage key projects as part of our client’s strategic business plan, as their Senior Project Manager.

This position succeeds when it serves as a key member of the team, ensuring that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders.

You will also find that this role involves responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project.

Apply immediately Your Responsibilities In This Role Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards Acts as Scrum Master for the developers on the team ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams Develops and schedules projects as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic Drives project planning Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assign to that product Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively Knowledge of ADP Financial Services Solid understanding of HRIS Payroll System We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs Minimum of 7 years of relevant Project Management experience Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines If you can demonstrate that you are flexible and focused, this position is for you Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues Project Management (PMP) certification desired Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you If you are interested and meet the criteria for this full-time opportunity, please contact [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] today Technology doesn’t change the world.
