Marketing Manager
– Luxury Interior Design Firm Your new company Our client, a leading luxury interior design firm in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This opportunity will provide a flexible working environment (in-office/remote).

The Marketing Manager will work in close association with the Partners, Finance, Design Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to drive revenue through the development of new relationships and enhancing existing ones.

They will create opportunities through prospective marketing initiatives that anticipate emerging business opportunities.

They will monitor and adapt firm marketing strategies and tactics to emerging business and design trends.

They will identify new markets and potential new lines of business and extensions of current design products.

This role is accountable to deliver the brand identity through all marketing and media initiatives.

Your new role As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Develop and execute marketing research and competitive analysis
• Build and execute a marketing strategy to support existing clients, new clients and new lines of business
• Measure ROI in business enhancement of current clients and investment in acquiring new clients
• Oversee and manage charitable promotion initiative
• Oversee, maintain and create marketing materials, portfolios and presentations with Partners and Marketing Coordinator – includes making templates, layouts, image editing, and being able to adapt material to suit specific audience
• Oversee and coordinate photo shoots with Partners and Marketing Coordinator
• Oversee and maintain website; upload content and edit as needed with Marketing Coordinator
• Write creative copy for award submissions, project case studies, monthly newsletters and media articles as needed.

Creating a presentation and organizing content for the Quarterly Town Halls and monthly updates.

• Oversee and prepare portfolio presentations for new project interviews and client pitches with Partners and Marketing Coordinator
• Work with The Partners to develop the Marketing Strategic Plan
• Create and organize marketing materials to support business development
• Oversee and manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram; create timely and relevant content, respond to comments and que up content calendars with Marketing Coordinator
• Participate in the placement of press releases, articles, blog and social networking posts and other promotional material
• Oversee and maintaining subscriptions and memberships
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed What you’ll need to succeed As the Marketing Manager, you will need the following qualifications:
• 8 years’ experience in a research/development, marketing, branding and media roles with increasing responsibility
– preferably in interior design or architecture
• Development and implementation of branding strategies, research/development, digital and traditional marketing metrics
• Management of marketing budgets
• Management of Marketing Coordinator
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business/marketing
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics
• Masters degree in Arts, Communication or Design would be an asset What you’ll get in return As the Marketing Manager, you will receive a starting salary in the range of $75,000
– $90,000.
