We welcome you to explore careers with us as we grow beyond our borders towards a stronger global presence. Position Summary Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Junior Partner Success Manager is responsible for promoting the sales of Binary Stream products and services through the global Microsoft Dynamics (D365 Business Central, D365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics GP) reseller channel. Successful Junior Partner Success Managers continually strive to both strengthen their existing partnerships, but to build new ones as well. Individuals in this role also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Development, Finance and Administration, to drive initiatives that will build and strengthen the relationships they have with their reseller partners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities* Own the relationship with Microsoft Value Added Resellers within a defined global territory.* Grow incremental business by expanding the Binary Stream footprint in existing reseller Partners and by developing/cultivating new Partners within a defined global geographic territory.* Manage the end to end sales cycle in closing sales of Binary Stream products and services in conjunction with reseller Partners including capturing detailed requirements, preparing of quotes and proposals, and interfacing with the finance department to facilitate the invoicing process.* Coordinate account support functions including the planning and delegation of appropriate pre-sales resources against specific opportunities.* Assume 360-degree sales account ownership for partners and their end-customers including the lead qualification process and keeping all relevant opportunities current in Dynamics CRM.* Maintain and promote ethical relations with all partners, customers and Binary Stream peers and management.* Maintain and keep safe the records, files, assets, and property of Binary Stream Software Inc., its customers, clients and resellers.* Participate in trade shows.* Required to travel as needed.Measures of Success1. Exceed all sales quota targets including:* Booking targets by product/solution line;* Continued growth in number of active Partners.2. Maintain an accurate sales funnel.3. Work well with the extended Binary Stream team.4. Support the Binary Stream culture and values. Technical Skills & Other Requirements* Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dynamics CRM.* Strong written and oral English communication skills.* Intermediate mathematical skills re: costing / estimating projects.* Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of Binary Stream products to partners and customers.* Proficiency with technologies such as remote collaboration tools i.e. VPN, GoToMeeting, webinars and adept to emerging technology tools.  Education and Experience * A post-secondary degree in business and/or Information Technology or a college diploma in a similar field.* 1-3 years B2B software in-side sales experience.* Experience with ERP systems, and ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset.* Understanding of channel and partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) an asset.* Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting.  What We OfferA great place to work where the CEO knows your name!
