· 7-10 years of overall HR and Recruitment experience in Canada;
· Bachelor degree (minimum);
· Fully bilingual, English and French, both verbal and written;
· Dynamic, outgoing, strong personality to be able to handle all types of HR responsibilities;
· Experience managing a small team of Recruiters;
· Experience recruiting and sourcing for IT technical roles;
· Experience working in a fast-paced, every-changing and growing company;
· Experience working for a small to mid-sized company rather than a large organisation;
· Ideal: having worked for a software or technology company;
· Excellent leadership abilities with proven success influencing people and change;
· Familiarity with Canadian and US HR laws/practices and employment legislation;
· CRHA designation;
