Director, Enterprise Segment Marketing


This is a Full-time position in Vancouver, BC posted October 29, 2021.

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Define segment specific go-to-market strategies with a strong knowledge of client objectives, competitive challenges and opportunities for partners to add value, including actionable segmentation schemes, clearly articulated differentiators and concise, compelling messaging.
  • Support sales leadership with strategies, tactics and fully executed materials designed to advance pursuits and win deals .
  • Ensure product updates are accurately reflected across the full suite of sales and marketing materials .
  • Help drive product launches, providing strategic and tactical sales and marketing support .
  • Develop content for a variety of audiences in a variety of formats, as needed .
  • Support other marketing programs (market research, event marketing, lead generation, partner marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, etc.) as needed .
  • Support a feedback loop with our existing customers, deriving information and insights that will be used to direct and inform product development, marketing and sales strategies and tactics .

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years professional experience in  segment acquisition marketing or product marketing in a B2B SaaS technology environment, preferably with a focus on the banking industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced and multiple stakeholder environment, preferably in Management Consulting, Financial Services or Banking .
  • Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills coupled with high attention to detail .
  • Natural ability to think through ways to make processes increasingly efficient .
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (executives, managers, subject matter experts) .
  • Hands-on expertise with creating and delivering high quality customer-facing materials/deliverables .
  • Excellent articulation, communication (written/verbal) and collaboration skills .
  • Advanced skills in all current desktop technologies .
