Randstad is actively recruiting for a Client Program Manager to join the team in Mississauga/Brampton, ON.

About the role: The Client Program Manager is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of tailor-made services for their designated client account portfolio within Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS).

The objective of a RIS Client Program Manager is to execute RIS delivery at their primary site, as well as steer and manage additional sites within their portfolio.

Responsible and oversees daily execution of 7 working processes (recruitment, selection, onboarding, planning, retention & guidance, communication, and administration) of primary and additional sites Ensure 100% operational execution (fill rates, interviews) for primary and additional client sites within a client portfolio Responsible for accurate and timely reporting (WMR and account compliance) for primary and additional client sites within a client portfolio Foster and maintain strong partnerships with the primary and additional client sites Identify, build and implement long-term quality improvement program opportunities (RIS added value) at the designated client sites to ensure client retention and satisfaction Ensure process alignment and best practice sharing across all client sites within a specific client portfolio Continuous improvement of the quality of service across all client sites within a specific client portfolio Sustainability and growth of wallet and market share across all active client sites within a specific client portfolio Identify business opportunity within client portfolio (potential inactive) Identify cross-selling opportunities (different LOBS) within a specific client portfolio Ongoing analysis of the clients needs within primary and additional client portfolio to align RIS process and delivery to clients changing business needs Advise & support the Operations Manager, RIS in promoting opportunities (ex.

cost savings, process improvement) Participate and assist the Operations Manager, RIS in quarterly business reviews across all sites within a client portfolio Build and maintain a strong network with internal departments About You : High school diploma required, preference to those candidates with Post-secondary education Degree or Diploma Minimum 12 months experience in an Account Manager role within Randstad, or 2 years of experience in a supervisory position with direct responsibility for results Must possess a vehicle and valid Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle as regular travel to client sites is expected What makes you great.
