This may be the role you have been waiting for.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily cage, count room, drop activities & main bank operations.

Your strong presence on the gaming floor will be vital to your management of people and interacting with customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and directing the operation of the Cage and Count Room.

Responsible for the management and custody of the Casino float to ensure monetary assets and transactions are accurate and secure.

Supervises, mentors, develops staff while fostering teamwork and open communication Performs periodic audit and reconciliation of gaming software system accounts and forwards relevant information to the applicable internal departments and gaming regulators.

Reconciles chip inventories and completes site chip transfers.

Prepares and issues gaming and promotional cheques and reconciles the monthly cheque register.

Calls in, accepts, verifies, records, and deposits cash and coin orders.

Oversees ticket redemption machine loading and reconciliation, auditing, and tracking sheets, and troubleshoots related customer problems.

Performs other duties as required in the absence of other supervisory staff.

What You’ll Require Post-secondary education in a relevant field with 1 or more years of experience in a leadership role Proven high level of Customer Service Ability to work in confined, closed area with physical ability to kneel, crouch, stand for long periods and push, pull or lift objects up to 20 lbs.

Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with a high-volume, fast paced, shift-work environment Working knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn new software and systems Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario What Is Next Love what you see so far?
