BRANCH MANAGER Qualifications A university degree with major relevance to the position’s purpose is preferred however, prior equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of formal degree.

Eight (8) years’ min.

experience as a Manager in service related sales or operations.

Must have demonstrated leadership skills, well-developed “people” skills, an understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, good written and verbal communication skills and good PC skills.

Prior experience with cranes and industrial Service is a plus.

Must have and maintain a good driving record.

Must be willing and able to travel for different locations.

Ability to relocate to other regions of the country may be required for advancement opportunities.

The primary responsibility of this position is to Direct all aspects of the Service Business in a specified Branch/locations.

Achieve the profitable growth of the geographical area through Leadership and Management of the Service Sales and Operations personnel.

Focusing on Sales growth and operational excellence, the overall goal of this position is to deliver our customers the best experience possible while meeting / exceeding established goals.

This position reports to the District Manager if applicable.

Geographical area of responsibility As defined in offer letter The specific responsibilities for this position include Responsible for leading the safety culture while complying, developing and/or implementing all applicable H&S legislative requirements, KC Business Policies, Material Industry Standard Codes and all other pertinent practices to Konecranes business without regard to personal preference or unique ideas not approved by Management.

Manage Safety program utilizing HSET tools and other.

Full P&L responsibility and accountability over your assigned Branch/Locations.

As the Leader of the Branch, you will lead, direct and manage your team (sales and operations) to ensure effective execution and growth on a profitable basis, consistent with established strategic objectives, goals, policies and procedures.

Coaching, hands-on training and direct mentoring of subordinates in KC management philosophies, Customer Service techniques, employee retention and routine operational policies and procedures.

Direct Sales and Management responsibility for Branch Agreement Base growth and accuracy Top accounts of Branch/KAM accounts.

Development in strategic industries and Markets.

Larger/high risk projects inclusive of modernizations and industrial equipment proj.

Top accounts Business Reviews Coach and supporting the Sales Manager (if applicable) by insuring that sales activity and quotation levels are in CRM and sufficient to meet objectives Responsible for the submittal of the monthly and all other reports (Rush, Branch Audit etc).

Responsible for overseeing the resolution of all customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and in the best interest of Konecranes, Inc.

Lead and act quickly to resolve problems and difficulties, either internal, external, intra-company, etc.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring and retaining exceptional talents (the right person for the right job).

Arrange, lead and facilitate communications/meetings that, in the interest of OneKonecranes, will produce excellent customer Service across all BU’s.

Participate in required meetings and processes such as Regional Sales meetings, planning, forecast, strategy, or as required.

Establish short-term and long range plans consistent with the overall corporate objectives and yearly plan.

Travel as required between branches/locations if applicable to ensure execution of business plans Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

__________________________________________ DIRECTEUR DE SUCCURSALE Comptences Un diplme universitaire ayant une pertinence majeure par rapport l’objectif du poste est toutefois prfrable, mais une exprience et une formation quivalentes antrieures seront considres au lieu d’un diplme officiel.Un minimum de huit (8) ans d’exprience titre de gestionnaire dans la vente ou l’exploitation de services connexes.

Doit avoir dmontr des comptences en leadership, des aptitudes “humaines” bien dveloppes, une comprhension des principes mcaniques et lectriques, de bonnes aptitudes la communication crite et verbale et de bonnes comptences en informatique.

Une exprience antrieure dans le domaine avec les grues et le service industriel est un atout.

Doit avoir et maintenir un bon dossier de conduite.

Doit tre dispos et apte de voyager diffrents endroits.

La capacit de se relocaliser dans d’autres rgions du pays peut tre requise pour des possibilits d’avancement.

La principale responsabilit de ce poste consiste Diriger tous les aspects des activits de service dans une succursale ou des emplacements prcis.

Raliser la croissance rentable de la zone gographique par le leadership et la gestion du personnel des ventes de services et des oprations.

En se concentrant sur la croissance des ventes et l’excellence oprationnelle, l’objectif global de ce poste est d’offrir nos clients la meilleure exprience possible tout en atteignant / dpassant les objectifs tablis.

Ce poste relve du Directeur de district, le cas chant.

Les responsabilits spcifiques de ce poste comprennent Responsable de diriger la culture de scurit tout en se conformant, en dveloppant et/ou en mettant en uvre toutes les exigences lgislatives applicables en matire de la sant et de la scurit, les politiques commerciales de KC, les codes des normes de l’industrie des matriaux et toutes les autres pratiques pertinentes aux affaires de Konecranes sans gard aux prfrences personnelles ou aux ides uniques non approuves par la direction.

Grer le programme de scurit l’aide des outils HSET et autres.

Responsabilit et obligation de rendre compte des profits et pertes l’gard de la succursale ou de l’emplacement qui vous a t assign.

En tant que leader de la succursale, vous aller superviser, diriger et grer votre quipe (ventes et oprations) afin d’assurer une excution efficace et une croissance rentable, conformment aux objectifs stratgiques, buts, politiques et procdures tablis.

Coaching, formation pratique et mentorat direct des subordonns sur les philosophies de gestion de KC, les techniques de service la clientle, la rtention des employs et les politiques et procdures oprationnelles courantes.

Responsabilit de la vente directe et de la gestion pour Taux de croissance et de prcision selon l’entente de la succursale Principaux comptes de la succursale/ comptes KAM.

Dveloppement des industries et des marchs stratgiques.

Projets de plus grande envergure ou risque lev, y compris les projets de modernisation et d’quipement industriel.

Rapport d’activits des comptes principaux.

Accompagner et soutenir le directeur des ventes (s’il y a lieu) en s’assurant que l’activit de vente et les niveaux de devis sont saisis dans le CRM et suffisants pour atteindre les objectifs.

Responsable de la soumission des rapports mensuels et de tous les autres rapports (Rush, Audit de filiale etc).

Responsable de superviser la rsolution de toutes les plaintes des clients la satisfaction du client et dans le meilleur intrt de Konecranes, Inc.

Diriger et agir rapidement pour rsoudre les problmes et les difficults internes, externes, intra-entreprise, etc.

Responsable des entrevues, de l’embauche et du maintien en poste des talents exceptionnels (la bonne personne pour le bon poste).

Organiser, diriger et faciliter les communications/runions qui, dans l’intrt de OneKonecranes, produiront un excellent service client dans toutes les units oprationnelles.

Participer aux runions et aux processus requis tels que les runions rgionales des ventes, la planification, les prvisions, la stratgie ou selon les besoins.

tablir des plans court et long terme conformes aux objectifs gnraux et selon le plan annuel de l’entreprise.

Dplacements au besoin entre les succursales ou les emplacements, s’il y a lieu, pour assurer l’excution des plans d’affaires.
