We’re looking for someone to join our team as a: Bilingual Service Consultant Do you strive to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders?

As a member of our Client Relations team, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Account Managers.

Handling documentation, printing, distribution and coordination needs, and LTD inquiries and liaising with the carrier and other departments as required.

Analyzing and documenting all business requirements, ensuring all group provisions and services are met on a timely basis.

Contacting and responding to inquiries from members, affiliates, boards, carriers and other providers regarding their respective benefits program.

Serving as a liaison between clients, Account Managers and various OTIP departments.

Coordinating, communicating and administering requirements regarding various client benefit programs.

Producing and preparing experience reports and client meeting documents, including content such as charts, graphs, and supporting information for all lines of benefits.

Providing account management for assigned small accounts including relationship management, claims review meetings, renewal meetings, correspondence as required.

If this opportunity sounds interesting, and you meet the following requirements, you might be the person we’re looking for.

We need someone who has: A college diploma in business or an insurance industry designation.

A minimum of five years’ experience in group insurance or a similar field.

The ability to fluently communicate in French is required.

Strong technical knowledge of group benefit products and some knowledge of underwriting are considered an asset.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
