POSITION OVERVIEW As a key player in financing and credit, you use your talent and creativity to have a real impact on the success of Canadian entrepreneurs.

You use your interpersonal skills and your network of contacts by identifying opportunities to accelerate the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs and by developing business opportunities, both in financing and in consulting.

If you’re excited to build a career with an organization that is one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, you’ve come to the right place CHALLENGES TO BE MET This is what a typical week looks like: You meet entrepreneurs, clients and prospects, and you discuss with them the particularities of their business in order to diagnose the issues, provide them with advice and identify, if necessary, a BDC service offering appropriate to their business needs.

You execute your marketing plan aligned with the objectives of the Business Center.

This will allow you to ensure the growth and retention of current clients in your portfolio while proceeding with the acquisition of new clients and the creation of a pipeline of business opportunities; You analyze, negotiate and present high quality loan proposals using sound credit judgment; You are active in the local business community by networking effectively within various associations, chambers of commerce in order to develop business relationships and solicit referrals that will facilitate the acquisition of new clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR If you can answer YES to the following questions, you may be the person we’re looking for: Do you have a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration?

Are you passionnate about entrepreneurship and have 1 to 3 years of experience and good knowledge of the business environment?

Do you have a demonstrated aptitude for business development and concrete achievement of goals under your belt?

Do you have a sixth sense that allows you to identify the issues and business needs for entrepreneurs?

Do your customers and business relationships remember you for the accuracy of your advice and for your outstanding customer service?

Do your demonstrate team spirit and establish effective and lasting relationship with your peers as well as with business contacts and external partners?

Do you have excellent negotiating skills and are results oriented?
