About the Position: The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be an integral part the Sales Operations team and will be aligned to one of the Sales business units to directly support the Sales leader and team in the execution of the operational model and achieving the financial targets for their business.

The role is responsible for providing sales operations support, implementing business processes for efficient sales operations, directing sales force effectiveness and management of functions essential to sales force productivity.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the successful individual will collaborate with the Sales team and stakeholders across the Sales ecosystem, Finance, Marketing and other teams to drive innovation, and actionable recommendations in all aspects of sales operations.

The role will work with the Sales Operations team to deliver process improvements and tools that drive sales effectiveness and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
– Act as the trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence, from strategy to execution.

– Identify areas of risk or opportunity by conducting detailed analysis of forecast, pipeline and trending data, with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.

– Simplify and optimize reports or related infrastructure.

Make consumption of reports accessible and relevant for senior leaders.

-Lead, influence, and champion best processes and behaviors to reinforce accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution.

– Provide readiness for Segment sales on sales tools and process, including opportunity management, forecast management, demand management.

– Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative improvements of operations processes and tools that accelerate business impact.

– Actively contribute to team success by showcasing successes, learnings, and best practices.

– Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously drive greater sales alignment and efficiencies.

– Identify, lead, and coordinate execution of advanced technical, adaptive, or strategic projects designed to address and improve business bottlenecks, gaps, or deficiencies.

Qualifications:
– Proven understanding of sales processes in an enterprise organization.

– Ability to make impactful data-driven business decisions on: Territory planning, sales forecast, quota creation, go-to market strategy, and other functionalities to support a driven sales organization
– Positive attitude with a drive and capacity to learn quickly and challenge the status quo.

– Ability to collaborate, negotiate and persuade, while maintaining positive relationships.

– Excellent organizational skills, follow-through on tasks, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.

– Evidence of strong analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking.

– Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions, including to senior management.

– Ability to translate business objectives to sales goals and measurement.

– Experience developing and executing sales metrics and dashboards in SFDC.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree
– 4 years related experience within Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Strategy and/or Finance
– Salesforce.com reporting and analytics experience required, with experience in Einstein Analytics an asset
– Experience with PowerBI or Tableau, or some data visualization tool
– Industry experience in B2B, HCM and/or SaaS technology an asset
