Vibrant sales associate required for a growing automotive aftermarket parts company.

He/She will perform a variety of customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe & profitable operation of the aftermarket parts department.Main Duties:Sell aftermarket automotive products and services to meet the customer’s needsMaintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.

Maintain email, text, cell contact as required by customer.Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.Record all sales and customer transactions that occur.Provide service technicians with parts as required prior and during the job.Ensure the retail sales area is clean and organized at all times.Updating inventory to ensure customers do not have long wait times for product arrival.Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.Ability to work with billing, cash, credit, processing procedures.

Process cores, warranties and new return merchandise as required at point of sale.Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected in a win win capacity for both client and organization.Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.Qualifications:Knowledge in aftermarket parts including but not limited to wheel brands, exhausts, body kits etc.Fluent English spoken/written and a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.Basic computer skills.

Knowledge in Excel, Quickbooks preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Team player with the ability to take instruction and follow through with commitments.Be neat and clean at all times.Be on time, flexible with schedule changes and a positive can do attitude.Demonstrate an interest in growing the aftermarket parts business.Do Not Call or drop by unannouncedSend resume to details provided
