The Role: ** 100% REMOTE **We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR).

You will be working alongside a strategic and high-performing sales and marketing team to generate millions of dollars of new business opportunities each year.

As part the sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients by phone, email, and social media to schedule qualified appointments for our Account Executives.

This encompasses, among others; Converting marketing leads to sales opportunitiesContacting potential clients through cold calls and emailsFielding inbound calls and requests to generate new revenue opportunitiesCollaborating with a team of senior account executives to achieve sales targetsAs a BDR, you will play an important role in fueling our growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:Achieving an average of 150 outbound calls weeklyScheduling a minimum of 10 new meetings a week for our sales teamMaking a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with an epic experiencePartnering with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skillsMaintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communicationsResearching and building new and existing accounts (i.E.

adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)Conducting high level conversations with the c-suite in prospect accountsWorking in tandem with our Head of Marketing to glean insights from our marketing data and to identify ways to connect collateral and messaging with a prospect’s needsOur perfect candidate:We’re looking for someone with initiative, a sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts.

You are highly structured, disciplined and organized in creating and executing a sales process to ensure a consistent, repeatable outcome.

Ideal candidates understand our complex ecosystem and have a natural ability to identify a business need or problem we can solve, and tailor your messaging accordingly.

You need to be collaborative, strategic, and seek opportunities to learn from others, solicit honest feedback; and always have the best interests of the team and our customers in mind.
