The Merchandiser is the key support person for sales at the store level.

Because the merchandiser spends significant time within each department, they must be able to stay organized and work quickly and neatly while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Their priorities are to ensure that products are available (Shelves kept full,) shoppable and attractive (presented in a neat and orderly fashion.)As a member of our team, you will interact with sales personnel/managers, manufacturers’ sales associates and must be able to work in an intense and growing environment.

You will be responsible for the merchandising of premium shelf space and displays.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high energy work environmentResponsibilitiesPack out products to shelves, fill and reset, build displays and utilized point of sale to get customer attention and increase salesMust be able to communicate well with store management and sales representativesFollow merchandising guidelines and training directives on a daily basisMust be well-organized and able to follow directionsMust have a clean and neat appearanceComfortable in non-planogram format, strong in visual displayMONDAY TO FRIDAY SCHEDULE WITH WEEKENDS OFF Company Every Integral Retail team member is first a retailer and secondly a consultant.
