Your day-to-day will be answering and connecting with customers having some kind of issues with their cloud products; via email or phone, you will deal autonomously and solve their issues as quickly as possible.

Genuine interest in the ITs field, knowledge in cloud-computing is not necessary but a big plus.

Requirements As a Technical Advisor Microsoft your Special Mission will be of : Assisting Office 365 Enterprise-level customers and partners by taking all the necessary steps to resolve technical issues: figure out the cause, support the client remotely by using virtual machines, find solutions and deliver the winning recipe.

Assess customer issues and build a trust relationship with your client through your business experience as a system administrator.

Use your solid customer service skills to enhance our business-to-business relationships.

Offer technical support to business clients all over the world.

Your clients are system administrators.

Confront new technical issues every single day, from resolving mail flow issues to assisting a customer with integrating a web part into a SharePoint site.

On the technical side, you have between 3 to 5 years of experience using these tools : You will act as an Office 365 master so you are not afraid to solve complex Office 365 issues: Windows Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, Skype for Business/Lync Server.

Experience with PowerShell Experiences in Migrations, Microsoft certifications would be considered an asset.

Your general profile : Experience in taking care of customers in a rapidly moving environment.

Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written, is essential.

Available for 7am to 7 pm work shifts.

DES or DEP with a marked interest for information technologies.

AEC or DEC in Computer Science is an asset.
