Talent acquisition coordinator (bilingual) – head office – laval

This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted June 4, 2019.

Description We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Nordia’s head office in Laval.

Your role: perform analysis and make recommendations to optimize our recruitment processes and coordinate talent acquisition operations in different markets across Canada.

More specifically, you will have the opportunity to: Design and develop analysis and reports on key recruitment metrics to optimize processes: Identify trends and make recommendations based on the results.

Present results and monthly reports to internal teams.

Collaborate on internal and external projects related to talent acquisition, management and retention.

Coordinate postings in our various markets in accordance with the recruitment plan.

Support marketing operations by coordinating visibility campaigns with our talent acquisition suppliers (sourcing).

Here’s what you need to succeed: You have experience in analysis and Human Resources.

Reports, data and dashboards motivate you and you know how to make data speak.

If you have experience in human resources and recruitment, it’s even better!

You are solution-oriented .

You like to identify, analyze and solve problems and recommend solutions.

You are good at multitasking.

You can coordinate several projects independently in a fast-changing environment, while paying close attention to details and respecting processes.

You are a team player .

You have a strong collaborative spirit and are results-oriented.

You are fluent in analysis and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and human resources software such as Taleo (major asset), Kronos and ADP.

You are bilingual (English and French) , both spoken and written.
