Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will provide leadership and support to ensure the software quality of our products.

The Senior QA Analyst will support company’s mission and objectives by creating and promoting a culture of quality.

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play an important part in the Solution Quality Team, working closely with Product Development teams in developing, monitoring and executing testing strategies in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play an integeral role ensuring that our internal practices and processes adhere to standard coroporate quality and regulatory processess.

You will help cross-functional teams to build high-quality, safe, and regulatory compliant products.

The position involves being able to influence the activities of cross functional groups within the organization.

Your primary responsibilities are: To work closely with the Product Development team to establish quality improvement intiaitives or other quality system changes to ensure continuous improvement in product qualityAssess the entire process of software development to implement quality metrics and improve testing strategies in each phase of the Software Development LifecycleLead the analysis and reporting of the product quality assurance metrics (i.e.

defect densities, defect rate) pre and post releasesDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to conform to product quality and release readinessContribute to long-term strategy and methods for quality control monitoring and process improvementReview quality specifications and records to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCoordinate and lead cross functional teams through the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processServe as a Subject Matter Expert for the CAPA processOversee CAPA resources including project managing individual CAPAs with cross-functional lead investigatorsEnsure closure of CAPA by verifying effective corrective action and preventive action with Lead investigators and appropriate SME’s.Chair and lead CAPA status meetings with senior management to demonstrate CAPAs are fully resourced, on-track and closed on timely mannerTrain, direct and coch CAPA Lead Investigators through CAPA life-cycle phasesof processes and deliverables Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Development or Quality Assurance roleCritical Skills Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) suitable for interacting constructively with peers, stakeholders and clients within and outside of Product Development groups.

Good inter-personal skills, coaching and motivating skills.

Strong problem-solving, planning, decision making and time management skills Ability to learn quickly, independently and with minimal supervisionAbility to lead and manage a diverse set of employees, including those with differing product development disciplinesAbility to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a complex environment.

Additional Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of Product Development techniques, including design, implementation, test and release.An understanding of testing methodologies and toolsets.Understanding of CAPA processes and quality conceptsKnowledge of Spotfire and other analytical tools Education Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline Physical Requirements Typical Office Requirements The position is full time position in Change Healthcare offices in Richmond BC.Some level of travel likely required, 10% including international.
