BRP’s Omnichannel Experience team is looking for a Senior Project Lead
– Omnichannel Strategy that can drive tangible results.

The Senior Project Lead will manage a variety of projects to fuel our Retail transformation strategy.

This is an opportunity to actively work with cross-functional business leaders to break the mold.

To provide further context on the categories of work, this could include, but not be limited to, planning & managing in a cross-functional way the entire D2C ecommerce project implementation and change management strategy (including Online Vehicles Sale).

Also, the Senior Project Lead will act as a Strategic advisor with regard to the Omnichannel Experience portfolio management and prioritization.

This position requires outstanding ecommerce and business knowledge on top of a result-driven, agile & charismatic personality with strong collaborative skills.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute cross-functional projects (with primary focus on D2C ecommerce), including management of internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all tasks are completed on time by each stakeholder/ collaborator Lead change management and communication plan Build & maintain a D2C project dashboard to track projects progress and KPIs Prepare presentations/ status updates and lead all governances with Execs and business stakeholders Act as a Strategic advisor with regard to the Omnichannel Experience portfolio management and prioritization Ensure agile/ project management best practices and methodologies are being applied Fosters an environment of innovative thinking within the team and the organization Stay abreast of developments and trends in the ecommerce space YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with more than 5-7 years of experience in Transformational Project Management is a Must ecommerce and Cross-functional business knowledge, including a strong capacity to navigate through complex IT/ Digital ecosystem is a Must Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a desirable A project management certification is desirable Proven track record in agile working environments where a “fail often, fail fast” mentality is embraced Contagious passion: a change agent excited by creative ideas & ability to infectiously stoke the fires of those around you Powerful storytelling & presentation design skills, in English and French Proficiency with multiple project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet is desirable
