Senior engagement strategist – full-time

This is a Full-time position in St Catharines, ON posted May 31, 2019.

The Senior Engagement Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of the Member engagement program.

Key Responsibilities Based on in-depth analysis and strategic overview of Meridian’s Membership base, identify opportunities to create enhanced experiences for Meridian Members aimed at supporting Meridian’s Brand Value Proposition and strengthening Member loyalty and Brand advocacy Develop and execute approved Member Engagement/Experience programs; Develop required creative and communication assets Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to gain alignment, develop processes and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the program and execution.

Ongoing optimization of program Support the ongoing optimization and communication of Meridian’s brand value proposition including; the continued development of key proof points; acting as a brand champion across Marketing and enterprise-wide, supporting the development of brand assets to ensure Meridian’s brand is represented across marketing funnel Oversees the budget spend for the assigned campaigns (supports the development of detailed budgets to ensure campaigns/tactics are completed on budget) Work on other projects and initiatives as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong Project Management skills Strong analytical skills with a curiosity to turn data into insight Strong business acumen Strong communication skills Strong collaborator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships Passionate Brand Ambassador Flexible and adaptable within a dynamic environment Education, Designations, Training, and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications or business administration Minimum 7-10 years of progressive marketing work experience ; developing digital, non-digital and omni-channel programs Experience developing.
