This formula for success is entrenched in our culture, where innovation is encouraged, talent and teamwork are celebrated and where results and success are rewarded.Job Status Full-time, permanentJob Summary Reporting to theSupervisor, the Project Administrator, supports our mission to provide outstanding customer service in managing customer expectations throughout the installation process as well as coordinating with the installation crews.Key Responsibilities:Deliver best in class service to our customers through prompt and friendly service during all stages of the installation projectCommunicate effectively and efficiently with customers, demonstrating care and urgencyTake action and be resolution oriented to solve customer issuesProcess inbound customer contracts for completeness and accuracyAnswer inbound customer, store, sales consultant, installer and order desk inquiries, responding with promptness, courtesy and professionalismCo-ordinate measures with installersSchedule installation date(s) with customersAssign work to installers including building installer work ordersBuild purchase orders for materials as requiredAssess job profitability and report any margin erosionReconcile and approve invoices for payment to sales consultants, installers and vendorsReview pipeline sales and meet cycle time expectationsManage customer service non-conformance and expedite resolutionsFoster and develop collaborative relationships with team members, vendors and partnersOther duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent English language written and verbal communication skillsPleasant and professional telephone mannersExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook; minimum typing speed of 50 words per minuteKnowledge of home exterior renovation (particularly the windows, doors, roofing, siding and gutters sector) would be an assetThe Peak Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
