YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will work with the Manager, Accessories Purchasing and Development to: Supervise and develop the Accessories Development purchasers who report to you Be a leader among the development teams to ensure the monitoring of deliverables for projects in your purview Ensure that the team achieves the time/quality/cost goals set by the department and monitor performance indicators Take part in weekly product orientation (POC) followu2011ups Develop tooling expense forecasts and perform monthly followu2011ups (CAPEX) With the help of Development purchasers, quality engineers and engineering project managers, develop Gate 0–2 procurement strategies Oversee communications with our peers in the Vehicle group to coordinate work on joint projects Support purchasers in developing their commodity strategies Coordinate accessories procurement for activities associated with Marketing, Engineering and International events YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field 5 years of experience in supply management and any other relevant personnel management experience Bilingualism Leadership skills, ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills Strong ability to influence and mobilize others Versatility, independence, precision, strong analytical skills
