We are looking for a person to help steward our team on our continued path of innovation and ultimate customer experience.You will: Be the bridge between our business partners and our technology teams, responsible for delivering exciting products within our Digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with business units to fulfill its mandate and business needs by understanding functions, regulations, processes, and products.

The role will contribute to strategic planning activities and work closely with counterparts in Technology to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business needs and outcomes.You will have a unique opportunity to lead solution design, creating, refining and maintaining EPICs & user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and associated deliverables such as process flows to meet development and stakeholder needs.This position requires exceptional personal leadership within analytical & documentation skills, with the specific ability to maintain detail requirements concerning functionality as it relates to both front-end and back end applications.

The candidate must also be proficient with the SDLC and Visual Studio tools.

Specific experience in the Mortgage Brokerage and/or consulting engagements is highly preferred.Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with project sponsors across the Organization to help determine and drive Product-specific scope and vision.Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.Become the Subject Matter Expert for various Products across the OrganizationIdentify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.Define & set the standard for the identification and establishment of scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis that define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine asnecessary.

Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Establish controls and measures that ensure quality analysis and verification of requirement for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

Accountable for the management, development and maintenance all BA software tools including but not limited to Confluence and the SharePoint sites.Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Educational /Technical Experience: 10 years’ experience in business analysis, with preference given to recent mortgage industry experience.College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, economics or information systems.

Possess or working toward professional designation (ITIL, CBAP, Scrum, 6 Sigma, Lean, etc.) preferred.Proven experience with business requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, methodology development and working knowledge of technical requirements analysis is required.

Proven ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language is required.
