Employment Opportunity: Youth Coordinator (15 months replacement)Branch : Youth development and parenting supportJob status: TemporaryWork Schedule: 30 hours per week Number of positions available: 1 Immediate supervisor : MFRC Direction Summary of responsibilitiesUnder the authority of the MFRC management team, the Youth Coordinator is responsible for providing services to foster healthy youth (5 to 17 years old) development and parenting.

She/he coordinates youth activities and encourages young people to get involved in their community.

Coordinator is also responsible for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating the services provided, and manages the human, material and financial resources of these services.Position requirements Have completed an undergraduate university degree in cultural studies and leadership, recreationor any other field recognized by the management; Excellent skills in written and verbal communication; Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite software; Be bilingual; Be available to carry out other related tasks; Knowledge of military life is an asset.General competencies Is good at planning and organizing work; Communicates effectively; Is independent and takes initiative; Is able to establish relationships of trust and preserve confidentiality; Is enthusiastic and demonstrates professional creativity and people skills; Works well with others; Is professional, meticulous and dependable; Is able to analyze and summarize; Produces desired results.

PayCompensation for this position is on an hourly basis of $ 28.35.
