WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

ACML is actively seeking a Dock Receiver located in Toronto, ON whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Receives/dispatches goods; verifies orders for accuracy Delivers supplies/equipment to appropriate location Maintains computer-based inventory control/shipping programs; stock keeping Distributes/collects shredding bins; empty secured bins into shredder Operates garbage compactor/recycling equipment Directs delivery vehicles Assists with furniture move and event set-up Inspects loading dock equipment Performs light duties: sweeping, general cleaning, painting/patching, garbage removal, snow removal, etc.

Completes basic preventive/demand maintenance tasks; input histories if required Completes general maintenance of door/window hardware Re-lamps as required Erects safety barricades Maintains signage Assists trades as required with light maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment Escalates unusual events, occurrences or unsafe conditions to supervisor Responds to basic tenant requests and emergencies Monitors work of contractors/external service providers to ensure adherence to contract specifics and company/industry standards Participates in reviewing of operating standards, policies/procedures as required Works in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and all other applicable codes Maintains a clean work environment Other duties as assigned WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

OSSGD or equivalent Proven computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) Ability to work in a team environment WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
