You’ll facilitate all partner, vendor, and internal bid programs to ensure we are offering the best and most competitive prices for our customers.

What you’ll do: Implement, analyze and maintain special pricing programs through ongoing communication with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Accounting and Manufacturer representatives Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements and system enhancements; make associated recommendations to increase efficiencies Understand rebate collection process and how it pertains to daily processing; work directly with Accounting department to resolve any discrepancies regarding bid pricing Create and maintain relationships with partners and implement new pricing programs for Sales Shop and negotiate with partners to obtain optimal pricing for specific end user opportunities Minimize “write-off’s” and escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate partner representative Maintain key programs within the channel (primarily those of CDW Diamond Partners) What you need to succeed: Must-have: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year(s) experience working in a purchasing environment or 2 years CDW Purchasing experience Working understanding of AS400 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities Ability to communicate to effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives Demonstrated analytical skills Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s degree 1 year(s) of Accounting/Finance experience Customer Service or Sales experience Who we are: CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
