The Quality Specialist & Opex ensures the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the integrated management system and its processes throughout the value chain in order to improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the business unit in a safe environment.

Your responsibilities Maintain ISO 9001: 2015 certification and the quality management system Participate in the definition of priorities and quality targets with the local management team Track progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and act on deviations from targets Manage Customer complaints Follow and solve internal and external nonconformities (customers / suppliers) Manage the application of corrective actions and communicate the information to the interested parties Prepare and perform internal audits Analyze and participate in the resolution of production problems (related to quality), in order to raise the organizational standards Write, master the quality documentation and ensure a continuous improvement of the way things are done Compile and write different monthly reports related to the quality of the operations Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety at work standards Collaborate effectively with all other departments Organize and lead team meeting (management review …) Coordinate external audits (registrar / customer / suppliers) Process goods returns (defect analysis, report, etc.) Any other duties related to the position Your background Certificate or DEC in quality assurance, continuous improvement or engineering or equivalence 3-5 years’ experience in quality management of quality assurance Knowledge required: ISO 9001:2015, process documentation Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and statistical calculation Skills and qualities: Leadership, rigor, ease of learning, team spirit, ability to take on multiple tasks and prioritize Lean six sigma will be an asset ISO-9001-2015 Principal Auditor Certifier an asse Bilingualism French / English (Spoken/ written)
