This is a Full-time position in Quebec, QC posted June 6, 2019.

What you can expect when joining the teamIn the heart of the St Roch district, in a start-up style environment, you will work jointly with the administration and R&D teams.

By travelling occasionally to support our second office in Lebourgneuf, you will support both teams with first-level incident support and the resolution of incoming service requests.

You will contribute to the proper functioning of technological infrastructures and will be called on to configure and install computer and telephone equipment.

In short, you are the office hero!Equipped with a powerful Macbook and a 27″ High Definition Apple display, you will be led to: Provide first level technical support to employees; Manage hardware (Mac and PC), network and telephone (VOIP); Manage the purchase and repair of equipment; Manage licenses for computer software; Configure software and applications; List and document the events and solutions of different IT problems; Perform access management during hiring and termination procedures; Support backups of different devices.

Are you customer service oriented and have a good capacity for learning, analysis and synthesis?

If you have : A college degree or equivalent; 2 to 5 years of pertinent experience; A valid driver’s license and a vehicle for occasional trips; A level of intermediate bilingualism (French and English); Good knowledge of operating system (Mac and Windows); Basic knowledge of networking; Knowledge in cloud environments and virtualization (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) (asset); A knowledge of VOIP telephony system (asset); Knowledge of Office 365 (asset);
