CASCADES TISSUE GROUP The Tissue Group, a division of Cascades, is the second-largest tissue producer in Canada and the fifth-largest in North America.

The Division manufactures, converts and markets a huge selection of paper products, such as hand towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, napkins, paper towels, wipers and dispensers for the North American away-from-home and consumer products markets.

The Group has more than 2,200 employees and operates seven manufacturing plants, nine conversion plants and four plants with both manufacturing and conversion facilities.

Your challenge!

We are currently looking for an administration technician for the Cascades Tissue Group head office, located in Candiac.

The person will be called upon, under the supervision of the Director of Administration, to execute various mandates in order to help the company grow towards its goals.

Job Responsibilities Participate in month-end procedures with the accounting department team Responsible for the application of transactions in AS400 and SAP Coordinate requests to create a new supplier or extend an existing one Coordinate payments of central group invoices Head Office Procurement Process Coordinator Actively participate in various projects Analyze and process customer deductions Actively participate in various projects Participate in the implementation and documentation of processes Technical competencies Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken Very good knowledge of Microsoft software Have attention to detail, be organized and rigorous Demonstrate an excellent sense of autonomy and speed of execution Be dynamic, show initiative and resourcefulness Excellent ability to lead several projects at once and good priority management Additional information Flexible schedule, 40 hours/week Summer Schedule Flexible, comprehensive and advantageous group insurance Possibility of teleworking Accessible gym area Accessible internal and external training courses Condo in Florida, eligibility after 1 year of service Financially covered practice of sports activities Profit-sharing plan, available after 1 year of service Pension plan with company contributions, after 3 months of service Contributing to the success of an eco-responsible multinational Quebec company Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
