Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible planning, building and managing paid media campaigns, mainly on Google Ads for CDW Canada.

As well as coordinating campaign databases, campaign management tools and executing on processes around effective campaign performance and measurement.

What you’ll do: Spearhead Search Engine Marketing campaigns while optimizing, providing monthly campaign reporting and analysis, conducting keywork research, with responsibility for daily management and pacing of budgets and bids Identify opportunities and build experience initiatives for key customers, including customer experience roadmaps and journey maps through CRM platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Collect, analyze, interpret and leverage various sources of data to provide reports and actionable insights for campaigns across multiple channels (digital and analogue) Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to identify business objectives and provide analytics and insights to best achieve those objectives Utilize reporting tools and third-party data to provide support to the marketing organization Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting to support campaign analytics and decision making What you need to succeed: Must-have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business or analytics role, with relevant knowledge of the Canadian digital landscape including Google Ads experience 1 years of Paid Search Experience Previous experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Advertising Cloud and Hubspot (or similar) marketing automation tools preferred Strong planning skills and attention to detail Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with superior Excel and reporting skills Requires excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Highly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a face-paced environment Excellent written communication skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation, with the ability to effectively articulate information and interact with stakeholders both verbally and through written communication Proven ability to proactively collaborate, take initiative, and creatively problem solve Who we are: CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
