What we’re looking for: StoryTap is seeking an Inbound Marketing Specialist to help support the fast-growing Marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, this role will focus on helping StoryTap create more relevant content, grow our audience, and build out our email marketing function.

What you’ll do: Manage and execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns using social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and webinars to build and engage target audiences to grow customer acquisition Actively brainstorming and proposing new ideas for inbound marketing campaigns Create, build, & support all content marketing efforts and writing from conceptualization through to execution such as website content, blogs, newsletters, social media Developing a strong understanding of products, competition, industry and marketing goals and objectives of the industry Actively measure campaign effectiveness via agreed upon KPIs Strategize and execute on email marketing strategies including automation efforts Utilize data to drive decision making by critically analyzing for ways you can continuously improve on campaigns Build up strong audiences for webinars in order to drive new leads Stay on top of the industry’s best practices, strategies, products, offerings, and competition.

What you bring to the table: 4-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role within the SaaS industry A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred Experience with using sales and marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, etc.

is strongly preferred Exceptional copywriting skills with experience writing blogs, newsletters, and social content A strong track record of successfully assisting in digital campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs Exceptional project management skills Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
