Head of Marketing – Startup

Your Key Responsibilities* Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations* Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience (ex. A/B testing with the checkout process, app integrations for sales and promotions, etc.)* Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations* Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth* Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally* Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
