GTM Manager 2 – 121781The Role:

We are looking for a business-to-business professional to help drive the go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy to help drive awareness and consideration for AMD Adrenalin software solutions. The primary focus of this role is to translate business priorities to a comprehensive marketing plan targeting key personas aligned to the buyer’s journey -from high-level strategy through campaign critical metric reporting. This role includes alignment with the business units on priorities, with regions on direction and tactics, as well being responsible for the charge on campaign planning, and activation. The GTM focus is for driving sales out for AMD Adrenalin software, features and technologies through omnichannel awareness, consideration, and preference touchpoints. This is a cross-functional and collaborative position, working closely with the business units, regional marketing teams, and other WW marketing teams such as web, content, social, and digital.

 The Person:

The ideal candidate will have a multi-year experience in the IT industry, be customer-centric, strategic yet detailed oriented, with a flair for creativity, and be a strong collaborator that will bring passion and end-user insight to the Adrenalin Software solutions. You are responsible and highly organized, self-motived to meet ambitious timelines, and prepared to jump in and lead. This person has an outstanding communicator able to influence others, ready to get started without having all the answers.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the global go-to-market strategy that supports key business priorities.
  • Collaborate across WW marketing (Content, Lead Gen/Lead Nurture, Social, Web, and PR) to develop plans to meet timeline requirements and business needs.
  • Represent GTM in all meetings, communicating all requirements and plan updates.
  • Work with research leads to drive end-user and target audience insight relevant to the work.
  • Lead campaign development from strategy through execution, including but not limited to, development of creative assets, video, digital and other, and work with the media agency on activation plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as business unit, product marketing, regional marketing, brand, legal, and others to align on requirements and ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with creative services, including both internal resources and external agencies.
  • Lead allocated campaign budget and execution.

 Preferred Experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant GTM/Advertising/Marcom/Marketing experience in the high-tech industry or in agencies working with tech industry clients.
  • Business-to-business experience and knowledge of pc and component business
  • Agency (creative and media) management experience is a requirement
  • Comfortable bringing end-user insights and research into effective campaigns and messaging
  • Skilled in all MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • This position requires up to 25% domestic travel

 Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
