WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE PICKER/PACKER The Warehouse Associate’s role within the operation is to ensure that the standards of i to i logistics inc.

and its customers are met at all times.

Attention to detail and knowledge of the use of the Radio-frequency hand-held terminals, the IBIS Warehouse Management System, the customers’ inventory items, paper flow and customer requirements are all important aspects of this job..REQUIREMENTS /QUALIFICATIONS Must have previous order picker experience.Must have previous warehouse experience.Computer skills are an asset.Must be able to lift 50 lbs3 month probation must be served.

· Work closely with all staff to create a positive team environment.
· Take note of any highlighted Special Instructions as shown on the order “Comments” section
· Maintaining positive relationships with other staff and any drivers or couriers
· Pick up single order paperwork from receptacles on warehouse wall to ensure orders are picked
· Allocate yourself as the picker of the order in hand by use of IBIS (if not already allocated)
· Maintain the integrity of data within the IBIS system by following instruction meticulously from OM, QC Specialist, Receiver and Shipper as required
· Package orders when required to do so being careful to fully protect customer goods and using IBIS as required/requested
· Record all billable materials used in IBIS (cases, pallets, corner guards, etc.) and record data on pick tickets where required.
· Check orders for other staff as requested as authorized by the OM
· Print Packing list from IBIS and attach to order – when requested
· Request staff/assistance through the Operations Manager (OM) as “issues” arise
· Maintain strict attention to details and multi-task as required
· Report any potential or already realized concerns to Operations Manager
· Recognize any possible safety concerns.
