Plan, discharge and follow up on the delivery of production materials and parts with a view to meeting production deadlines and keeping inventory to a minimum using a just-in-time strategy.

You will be at the heart of the action, working with suppliers and internal clients, including the handling, transport, sourcing, engineering and quality assurance teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and follow up on parts delivery Interact with suppliers and carriers to find creative solutions and avoid production shutdowns Analyze the best strategies to meet just-in-time objectives Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and negotiate with the best interests of BRP in mind Identify and coordinate areas of improvement in line with team objectives Establish recovery plans with suppliers and meet with them if necessary YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management or any other related field, or DEC (college diploma) in administration or any other related field and 18 to 36 months of experience Strong proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written (4/5) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP Willingness to travel when necessary YOUR SKILLS Autonomy and leadership Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment Team player with solid priority management skills Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate EN title: Material & Logistics Planner
