This role can be performed at either London / Waterloo / Mississauga / Northyork (Yonge & Finch) Office What can you expect in this role?

Review documents and prepare summaries Prepare Affidavit of Documents and other documents as assigned Draft correspondence Manage undertakings and request for productions Support file work by identifying, obtaining, and organizing documents from the clients and from other parties to the litigation Provide input into the procedures and practices Work within a paperless environment Perform other duties as required of a Legal Clerk What do you bring to the role?

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Law Clerk as part of a team practicing insurance litigation in Ontario Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure Demonstrated proficiency with Outlook and all MS Office applications High degree of personal ethics, integrity and responsibility with an ability to deal with sensitive issues and safeguard privileged and confidential information Great attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple, yet sometimes conflicting priorities Team player, adaptable to a changing environment Note: A successful background check and disciplinary action search is required for this position We also take potential into consideration.
