This is a Full-time position in Richmond, QC posted May 31, 2019.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to excel working directly and servicing our on-site customer, providing spare parts for repair & service, in addition to supporting their technical requirements for their massive Ground Support Equipment fleet at YVR’s Vancouver International Airport.

Below is a detailed list which includes, but is not limited to, the Front Counter Parts Specialist’s basic job requirements and essential duties, responsibilities, and expectations.

Job Requirements/Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of automotive or industrial parts front counter experience Direct experience with ground support equipment (GSE) would be considered an advantage Must be able to pass Transport Canada’s security screening requirements Hold a valid driver’s license Experience working in ERP systems or company specific business management systems Be able to work shifts, including some weekends, and provide additional relief coverage as required Mechanical and technical aptitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (forklift & pallet jack) Direct experience with ground support equipment (GSE) would be considered an advantage Essential Duties, Responsibility, and Expectations Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.

Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Able to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment Conduct general housing keeping duties within facility and assist with warehouse maintenance as required Utilize Sage Parts Guidelines for Customer Service for all customer and vendor contacts Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.

Perform cycle counts as requested.

Complete all duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
