The TA team is supported by the Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager for our ATS (Lever), reporting and online/offline recruiting strategies.

If you were the Recruiter now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to train and build interview scorecards to ensure clear and unbiased decision making during the interview process.
  • Partnering with our Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager to develop unique, data driven recruitment strategies to meet your needs.
  • Partnering closely with the P&C Business Partners to understand the complete picture of the department headcount and strategic business needs.
  • Advocating for transparency and open feedback for our candidates throughout the process to improve the candidate experience.
  • Managing your external and internal postings, reviewing applications, interviewing, and maintaining candidate records via our applicant tracking system (Lever).
  • Coordinating with the different People & Culture teams to ensure new employees are hired and onboarded seamlessly.
  • Supporting the People & Culture team with other projects and hiring commitments as required.

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Director in developing and executing long-term strategies for your designated business areas.
  • Addressing key talent gaps, shortages, or concerns through partnerships with our teams and P&C Business Partners.
  • Building pipeline by actively engaging with the local and global community associations to enable the success of our teams.
  • Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire.
  • Actively participating in identifying and supporting TA project and initiatives.
  • Representing your area of the business in creating employer branding initiatives.
  • You have 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in an enterprise environment.
  • You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality, and a desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality.
  • You are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share.
  • You are a firm supporter of diversity in the workplace and lead by example.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language and strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to sensitively deal with confidential information.
  • You are a team player with an ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment.
