Apply today!Advantages Full time, permanent role of an estimated 37.5 40 hours per week in Williams Lake, BC Pharmacy is open 7 days per week; lengths of shifts are typically 7.5 to 9 hours per day but may be longer if the business requests a longer shift ***paid time-and-a-half after 8 hours per day and after 40 hours per week, if longer shifts occur*** Pharmacy open hours are currently 8 am 10 pm daily, including weekends This role is paid hourly (not salaried) as a direct-hire employee of the organization, only Total annual compensation potential (inclusive of hourly rate x an estimated 37.5 hours per week + estimated bonus potential for years 1 and 2 (2 years minimum commitment required), but not including the value of other compensation elements or additional hours, if required), is estimated by the Randstad Healthcare Clinical & Management team to likely land in the range of $117-127K per year (with the base hourly rate of pay aligning with level of relevant experience as a Pharmacist in Canada) Any and all compensation information in this posting is offered as our estimate only and does not form all or part of any formal offer of employment.
