We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to work in our new office in Pefferlaw, ON.

Responsibilities: Responsible for management and operation of architectural department, to plan and evaluate related activities within department Organize to conduct inspections and surveys to determine site conditions for assigned projects Prepare plans and technical details for architectural projects, including schedules, staffing allocation, budget estimates Develop and implement related policy and work standard, to improve work and performance for department Communicate with clients, to confirm details and requirements for architecture, and provide suggestions and search report to clients for reference Recruit and training architectural team members Manages the consultant team in preparing detailed site plan drawings, as well as accurate statistics to enable detailed analyses that lead to constructive design and practical and profitable recommendations Oversee the whole cycle of projects, to design and review all graphic and drawing documents, allocation positions as needed; and control the quality.

Detailed Skills and Experience: An education of bachelor’s degree is required.

– 10 years of architectural project management and leadership with implementation experience on projects is required.

Strong communications and presentation skills.

Able to use related tools, such as MS Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Suite; Knowledge and application of structural layouts, beam sizing, joist sizing, roof structure etc.

Strong abilities in managing fees, quality control, schedules and staffing; Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills; Travel across Canada may be required
