Quickstyle Industries, a leading indoor flooring manufacturer and distributor, is looking to add an A&D Account Manager to their team in Toronto.

This is a permanent, full-time position Position Summary To be successful in this role you must have experience working with architects and inte­rior designers maintaining existing accounts and growing new business.

Ideally you will have a strong track record in building and developing sales/B2B rela­tionships and the capacity to develop ongoing key customer relationships at all levels.

The ability to be a self-starter yet able to work flexibly in a diverse team environment is important.

Manage project from inception to completion including identifying opportunity, prod­uct selection and specification A full understanding of the product line is essential.

The ability to interface/communicate with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectable manner is a must.

The ability to build and maintain relationships within the A&D community The A&D account Manager must give presentations to architects, designers, and educate them on the flooring industry and how Quickstyke Industries can benefit them on their projects.

Desired Skills and Experience Initiates the sales process at the early stage of the scope and/or specification of projects to position the brand.

Nurture and improve relationships by conveying a deep understanding of the Architect, Designer, Builder and Developer interests and needs.

Create productive, effective and mutually satisfactory long-term business relationships with clients.

Maintain detailed project data base and communicate regularly with all stakeholders to ensure timely supply and complete customer satisfaction.

Recognize company objectives; ensure individual goal alignment and execution.

Represent Company in a professional manner when engaging contractors, architects, de­sign firms All other duties as assigned.
