We have an immediate for Bilingual Deskside Support Technicians Level III.

Emphasis is placed on superior customer service, problem solving, follow through and a positive attitude.

You will be providing support to our customers on technology related requests.

This may include, but not be limited to, equipment deployment, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and computer peripherals
• Install and support end-user software applications
• Provide smart hand services
• Resolve internal user problems and ensure correct operation of personal computers
• Maintain parts inventory and log all service/repair activity
• Perform new system setups
• Handle tickets in the project queue and collaborate with business service desk to ensure smooth hand off
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with other support groups
• Triage the tickets and assign to appropriate support group
• Update, create and communicate the knowledge article for business service desk and project team
• Escalate and report to project team as required
• Perform knowledge article and checklist revisions
• Attend meetings with project team
• Provide metrics and statistics on tickets and volume
• Identify problem trends and report to project Required Qualifications:
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Bilingual (French & English) – speaking and writing
• Good troubleshooting skills and good interpersonal/communication skills for working with end-users and other team members
• Windows OS knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10)
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Able to support Outlook client
• Support mobile users for network access, email support, and troubleshooting
• Able to deploy images to clients’ desktops and laptops
