What we need

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Massage Therapy and Treatment, the Esthetician’s responsibility is to provide various body treatments. The incumbent welcomes guests and performs services in accordance with established rituals. The Esthetician will recommend products used for treatments while ensuring excellent service and memorable guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Assess the condition and appearance of the skin;
• Perform treatments (face, body, foot) according to established rituals;
• Actively contributes to the continued improvement of the customer experience by regularly offering suggestions and recommendations;
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained work area, especially the treatment rooms and the lounge;
• Perform other related duties.

Profile needed

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

• Diploma from a recognized school of Esthetics;
• A minimum two (2) years of experience in beauty and body treatments;
• Knowledge or experience working with the latest esthetics techniques;
• Knowledge of the SpaBooker system, an asset.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and other colleagues;
• Good physical condition: ability to work in a standing position for long period of time, ability to reach and bend.
