What you’ll do:

  • Respond to requests related to billing;
  • Reinforce customer satisfaction by offering courteous, professional service that meets the expected high quality standards;
  • Sell complementary solutions according to the client’s needs.

What you’ll need to join the team:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience;
  • Familiarity with mobile technology;
  • Ability to maintain a conversation and enter information simultaneously;
  • Availability to work afternoons and weekends;
  • Previous experience in customer service, an important asset.

  • Hourly wage of 14,25$ (including a premium of 1,25$ per hour worked);
