Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative’s prime focus is to provide exceptional customer service to clients by ensuring quality responses to the overflow of incoming calls.If you are an enthusiastic self-starter, goal driven, love customer service and have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, then we are looking for you!

The opportunity:Sales Representatives’ Support This role has a 10-20% sales componentSupport the Sales team with client related inquiries and requestsPlace orders for customers and help with their requests using the appropriate resources.Contact with the Warehouse Contact the US warehouse regarding any orders, discrepancies & damaged returnsEnsure that letters of intent have been provided to the warehouseRespond to warehouse calls regarding confirmations of client informationCoordinate with our shipping facilities to investigate shipping or courier discrepancies.Administrative Responsibilities Prioritize administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: credits, returns, and courier call tags, the initiation of new accounts, coordinating controlled substance paperwork or licenses, and initiating complaints in Master Control.Customer Complaints Record all customer complaints, ensure that all the correct information is enteredCommunicate with the Technical Support department, Equipment and Device support, Research & Development and Quality Control for all related inquiries.Initiate a formal complaint in Master Control and follow up with Quality Control departmentBack Up for Receptionist Tasks Answer the Flow of Incoming Calls and Greet VisitorsDirect the calls to the appropriate recipientGreet, sign in and direct visitorsCheck messages and emails and direct to the appropriate personnelTRAVEL: No travel required.Required Skills:Experience working in a call center and/or a pharmacy is considered an assetExcellent communication skills required; fluent English basic French (oral & written)Knowledge of Spanish an asset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectivelyKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Required Experience:Up to one (1) year experience in customer serviceMinimum Cegep/College degree.
