Then this may be the perfect role for you Our downtown client is looking for Technical Help Desk Agents to support their internal clients with technical issues.

We are looking for bilingual agents who speak English and French, and who have a passion for great service This is a contract position with a 6 month term.

There is the possibility of extension based on your performance Your daily responsibilities will include: Receiving, logging, and answering customer calls that may be regarding problems, issues or requests for service Performing the initial level of problem identification and attempting to resolve when appropriate; in the event the call requires further assistance, documenting any troubleshooting efforts in a problem ticket and notifying a technician immediately Assisting with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the service level agreements Performing follow-up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction If you love helping others, solving problems, and have a demonstrated interest in technology, this might be your next career Advantages Advantages: Work for an internationally recognized company with an amazing track record Work in the downtown core
