Our expectations

This role is part of the new Merchandising Transformation team tasked with leading the development of merchandising processes and tools, leveraging leading business and technology practices. Reporting to the Business Analyst, Merchandising Process, the Analyst, Merchandising Process leads and contributes to improvement projects aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of new and existing merchandising processes.

Your role

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives or modules and monitor results.
  • Facilitate process mapping and lead identification of improvements with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training for stakeholders to support rollout.
  • Prepare reporting for opportunities, projects, and results tracking.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience influencing others and relationship building
  • Strong organization skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization and across functions
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
  • Project management experience (preferred)
