This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted May 10, 2019.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role, be experienced in practice management, and have knowledge of Patents and Trademarks.You have superior verbal and written communication skills in English, have excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines. Duties are as follows:Preparing and forwarding correspondence to CIPO and to clientsReviewing charges and preparing invoicesReceiving, saving, acknowledging, printing and distributing mail, emails and faxes from clients and CIPO, and matching them with the files and forwarding to agent for actionMaintaining daily diaries and ensuring documents are filed at CIPO by the deadlineDrafting, proofreading, preparing and typing other correspondence as requiredUpdating schedules and charts with current informationScanning, copying, and saving documents in paper and electronic form
