Looking to gain experience with a large and reputable company in downtown Toronto?

We are currently recruiting a Cash Management Administrator, for our client, a leading insurance and financial services company As a Cash Management Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
• Supporting the functions of the cash management team
• Production and distribution of checks
• Processing incoming and outgoing transactions in different systems
• Production and analysis of daily banking reports
• Verify and process bank cheque deposits
• Offer excellent customer service by email and phone
• Other duties as needed Please note that this position has:
• Zero tolerance policy for errors that may cause financial losses
• Work on Canadian statutory holidays on a rotational basis Advantages Work for a large leading insurance and financial services company Waterloo location Free parking 4 month contract Hours: From Monday to Friday, 8:00am
– 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week Salary: $21/hour Start Date: ASAP Temporary Workers placed through Randstad are eligible for preferred rates on health, dental, and life insurance.

Qualifications MUST-HAVES:
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• University degree
• Familiarity with banking and treasury product with accounting principles
• Ability to work with highly confidential information with ethics
• Ability to prioritize and to meet time-based deliverables
