Assistant Account et Parts Support

This is a Contract position in Casselman, ON posted October 25, 2021.

Bobcat of Ottawa Valley is currently looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper and Parts assistant to complete the team.

Responsibility of the person in the accounting department:

– Assist accounts receivable and payable
-The invoicing, the guarantees, the statements of accounts
-Prepare and issue documents associated with accounts using computerized systems
-Prepare budget documents
-Make record keeping
-To answer the requests of information of the customers
-Follow up with customers
-Answer the phone
-Tasks related to the inventory
-Make the ranking
-Other administrative duties related to the position and according to the needs and instructions of the management

Skills and requirements:

-Bilingual would be an asset
-Master MS Office applications, messaging and enterprise systems
-It must know the basic operations of data entry and be able to learn the software designated by the company within a reasonable time
-Efficiency and organization
-Teamwork skills
-Punctuality

Duties and Responsabilities in Parts Department:

Respond to customer needs, in person and over the phone
Communicate effectively not only with clients, but also with colleagues and management
Prepare orders Perform the classification correctly and quickly of the goods.
Billing
Take inventory
All tasks related with parts
Follow up
Keep the environment clean
Use various software
Coordinate with Sales, Service and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Solve problems in a timely fashion

Requirements:

Work experience proven at least 3 years
Good verbal and written communication skills (bilingual, English and French asset)
Work with a computer
Problem solving skills
Efficiency and organization
Teamwork skills
Basic math skills Electrical, electronic and hydraulic knowledge
Mechanical Abilities and Knowledge in Computer Databases It is best to have heavy equipment skills or comparable experience in performing tasks
Ability to establish and manage priorities
Mastery of MS Office applications, messaging and enterprise systems
Must know the basic data entry operations and be able to learn the software designated by the company within a reasonable time
